I tried messing with the viewport meta in the heading php, but it’s not doing anything at all

I almost found the solution under Appearance>Menus, however, I can’t figure out how to have some menu items on the top of the page and have just a privacy policy link on the bottom.

Hmm, it didn’t seem to change, I tried placing it before these codes in my custom css

and tried changing the number a few times, but no change

Now a similar question: since it is a widget, and I want to add a small “privacy policy” link down there, how would I add a link that points to another page?

I tried searching the footer.php and the lifedrawnbadlyfooter.php, and the search term “test” didn’t show anything.
