I’m having basically the same issue in that I moved my site to a new server (and hence a new IP address). Now the license won’t enable and my galleries are not being displayed.

You give them 5 stars – I give them 1, and would give them 0 if I could. Not a happy camper here.

Also, you say you’ve gotten good support – well it’s the weekend here now, so my site is messed up for the next 36 hours minimum. But I’m not so hopeful about their support as a previous support request I submitted was NEVER answered despite repeated attempts on my part to engage them. ??

I too have been using this plugin and it’s been working fine until I moved my site to a new server IP address. Now the license won’t validate on that server and ALL MY IMAGES ARE DISABLED! I am extremely unhappy.

Also, I submitted a support request on an issue prior to this that was NEVER ANSWERED DESPITE MULTIPLE REQUEST TO THEM.

So I completely agree with olivoshaw’s comments.

So why did you give 5 stars if you think this plugin is ‘crappy shit’.
Did you try contacting the developer for support with your issues of theme compatibility? Can you be more specific about functions that don’t function completely?
