I figured out what the problem was … I have 2 domains that point to the page, .com and .info, one is hosted at godady one is not ( the website is hosted with godady) , when I changed the address to the domain that is hosted with godady (.info) , it works , I get the meta link “site admin” , when I list it with the .com it asks to be logged in again , I hope that makes sense and helps someone else with this same problem … lol been working on this for a few days now .. even turning off all the plugins was of no use . I found if I shut down the browser altogether and came back in through my favorites or the history I was still logged in as admin , but as soon as I followed the link off the dashboard I was logged out… now problem solved …
go to settings off the dashboard , make sure you have the correct address listed for the site… domain the hosting service hosts
