A little update: We hired a code guy to look at it. He thinks there is a problem generated by our new theme and the request is being generated twice. Our wordpress guy doesn’t think so. The code guy made a hack and it is working fine now. We await the next update with trepidation.

Installed 2.8.7.2. Still having problem. Thanks for all your efforts. I feel bad for complaining.

Our wordpress guy updated the page. Where should I look for the error? He doubts there is a time difference. Here is what he said, “The time zone in wordpress is New York, and I’m sure WLS uses the same time zone for your php and mysql (database) so I doubt that’s an issue.” WLS is the Library Consortium we belong to. They also host our page.

Yes we updated. 2.7.8. I have to warn you, I’m pretty ignorant.

We love your plugin, but would like to be able to customize the reservation fields as well. Our meeting rooms are so small we don’t intend to charge for them. Therefore we don’t need to know organizations names, etc. All we need is the phone number and email of a contact person. I feel like I’m looking a gift horse in the mouth, but do you have any idea when it will become more customizable?

We just finished a renovation and did not have meeting rooms before.
