So the error message i recieve the most is:
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 131072 bytes) in /home/348354.cloudwaysapps.com/nxuwbmyafh/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2022”

The second one after some refreshing the page is:
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/348354.cloudwaysapps.com/nxuwbmyafh/public_html/wp-includes/meta.php on line 1064”

the page works but i have to constantly refresh the page and 9/10 updating posts do not work.

the error disapears if cptui is deactivated. And also appears if only cptui is active. but it only appear on some sites i updated recently. None of them is a post made by cptui wich is really strange. The files that caused the error are mentioned above:

META PHP:

yes it is a older installation about one year old.
I have tried to update every post type and the error messages with the cptui line 611 and 381 are now gone. But now every few times i want to update posts some fatal error occours mentioning the wp-db.php and meta.php.

Here are the lines of codes mentioned in the error log
META-PHP:

When CPTUI is deactivated the error seems to disapear (Tried to reload page and update posts many times with no problems).

whats also strange is that the error message dissapears when refreshing the page a couple of times. also if i update it with elementor 9/10 Times it tells me Server Error.

I use a powerfull cloud solution wich i contacted beacause i thought maybe i have setup things to low. there where no problems with memory size since i have 8gb ram 160gb memory and the memory limit + upload limit is set to 300M. i also made sure the wp-config.php file has also a memory limit set to 300. I know this is not in your Department but i wanted to paint a full picture because my first idea was that it would be a memory or power problem.

Any other ideas what i could do to fix this? Im scared that something withing my cptui database is corruptet buts thats just a random guess im not really into programming. i am really happy about your help.

This fixed another problem i had within Pages ??

But the fatal error still comes up as soon as i create a new post type or update one. I Found a workaround. if i simply deactivate WP User frontend before creating or updating CPTs with CPT UI, the error does not accure, even when reactivating WP User frontend afterwards. So i could life with that, simply need to pay attention to first deactivating WP User Frontend, before doing any Updates.

But what confuses me a bit is, that i did no costum changes tho the wordpress code or themes etc. The only Plugins wich, in my beliefe, could change some background code are Profile Builder, Wp User frontend, Costum CPT UI, Asset Cleanup , AFC and Piotnet Elements.

If i understand this right there must be a wrong setting inside a certain plugin wich would cause that? I Jus thinked about a Bug within WP User frontend, because i used all of those other Plugins mentioned above befor installing WP User frontend and CPT UI and it also worked. But im Really not an expert.

I have found another error with WP User Frontend used togheter with CPT UI Plugin. Could you take a look what WP User frontend does, what makes CPT UI break and causing Fatal Errors after Logging out and trying to Log back in to the admin?

Hello Michael, Thank you a lot:)
It is the WPUser Frontend Plugin, wich was causing this errors :/
After deactivating WP user frontend, creating post types was no problem anymore. But the WP User frontend PLugin is also from WeDevs, so i think they should be compatible… I Would really need the WP User frontend togheter with the CPT UI.

I have now reinstalled cpt ui and deleted all my Post types. the error is gone, but comes back as soon as i create a Post type.
I Have tried to change my theme and the latest installed Plugins, but it does not help:/ Maybe you could tell me, what usually could cause such a problem with the init hook.

Iam very bad with PhP and Javascript, so for me it is very difficult to find the issue, but it seems that there is something wrong with cpt ui or something new, that we have to care about when creating those post types. Maybe under certain circumstances, the php crashes due CPT UI. The error occured, after i set up a new post type after updating my wp version. After the error occured, i deleted the new post type, but the error was still existing. I firtst thaught it would something else, but after i logged out, i could not login to my backend again, because of this error. I had to temporarly deinstall the plugin, because the error blocked me from loggin in with wp-admin. So i had to delete the plugin with FTP. Hope you find something out, i dont want to use costum post type over a theme, because im scared, to loose those post types, when a update for the theme is out.

Also i am using ACF Costum fields and there are some similar problems there to… maybe the problem is somehow connected i dont know much about coding:/ So maybe the Guys from WeDevs have noticed something.
