Hi there, thank you for getting back to me. True but I’m trying to make sure everything is right and is properly SEO organize in term of image optimization. I’ve been focusing heavily on the alt tag but I read in that article and on a few other articles that the image file name is also important.
I will give that plugin a go.

Hi thank you for the reply, I’ve been told that in my ftp (which I can’t connect too at the moment) there a simple folder that say ‘web’. Would that help? The host also never mention anything about msql database – just the ftp details.
