Hi. Okay so that’s working now, thank you! Only issue now is the images on mobile screen, when clicked on to enlarge, are taking up the whole screen and I’m only seeing a portion of the image because it’s too big. But I may have to check gallery settings for that.

We are not using the Pro version.
We are using the latest version 2.3.2.
We are using classic in Lightbox settings.
We had set Fancybox images apply to All Images.
Automatically group images is disabled, as we are not using Pro version.
In the miscellaneous > exclude setting, it is on the default setting. Nothing that should exclude our images.

I will also check that there aren’t any settings changed outside of classic fancybox. I will also temporarily deactivate the plugin to see if that does anything. I’ll update from here

To be clear as well, this is not just happening for the page link I sent. It’s on all gallery albums, no matter what page you’re looking at.

Hi, thank you for your response. I’m not doing anything custom with the nav arrows, just out-of-the-box. And in NextGEN Gallery ‘other options’ I have set fancybox as my lightbox to use. I’ve tried what you suggested and set the lightbox effect to ‘none’, however, it’s not doing anything and also is causing the images to fill too much of the mobile screen.
