Just want to thank you for your amazing support. I’ve made some progress and work partially, so I’ll live with it for now. Really appreciate your help!

I’ve got it to work partially thanks a lot for your help!

Thanks, the problem when i select RFQ mode is it doesn’t work and links to the blank page, it seems to only work in Normal checkout but the problem is duplicate buttons.
Would you be able to tell me how to remove this button? https://prnt.sc/SuddCikW1WYW
Thanks for your help.
Ok I’m getting something now, before I didn’t need to enable for each product and it still worked since there are hundreds of products but I’ll enable each one.
RFQ Quotation Request Page settings
Quote Request Page with shortcode
When I click on the “X” to delete an item from the list it links to checkout page instead of staying on that page and updating the list.
https://prnt.sc/AdDa6M7hSx1QIs there a way to batch enable RFQ for all products?

I don’t have any caching plugins and disabled the contact form 7 recaptcha v2 plugin, clear cache (browser histry) refreshed but still goes to the Quote Request page but nothing shows…
Hi,
Tried that and I just still get a blank page. https://prnt.sc/64j3ggrOuZXa
I’ve set the RFQ to Normal Checkout mode, and the page does exist with the shortcode specified from the plugin https://prnt.sc/A_6Wcbi2TnQ6
Quotation Request page: https://prnt.sc/wmhgwmsFY5Gu
Seems to be setup as it should but when you click on the button it doens’t seem to pass on the data to the cart or quote page. Thanks for your help.

I’ve tried changing the mode to normal checkout but it brings me to an empty page when clicking on the “add to cart” button.
I have tried both modes and both always links me to the Quote Request (Cart) page:
https://machineco.ca/quote-request/ which is empty.I had it working before, perhaps upgrading WC affected it? I haven’t updated the RFQ plugin because the prices disappear once its updated for some reason.
The WC cart page is set to Quote Request: https://prnt.sc/S7G6EK3_S0ii
which has the RFQ shortcode: https://prnt.sc/UWovkS2VCUN6- This reply was modified 2 years, 3 months ago by lgmtl.
Update on missing prices:
I noticed the prices disappears when I upgrade to the latest version of RFQ plugin, so I haven’t.
Update on the button linking to the wrong page:
I’ve set the WooCommerce cart page to link to the Quote Request page which has the shortcode for RFQ but page is empty not blank meaning it shows default template without any content.
Thanks for your reply. Since then I’ve found that an update to one of the plugins caused the prices for products to disappear, so once I find out the plugin I just won’t update it.
Here are the settings for the RFQ-Tookkit:
https://prnt.sc/vDpL408FsaXh (General)
https://prnt.sc/kZ_LkXYt0r0G (Labels)
https://prnt.sc/xKA2Qt1f0VRM (Quotation Request)When you click on the Request More Information button, although it’s specified to go to the Quote Request page, its going to the WooCommerce Cart page instead: https://machineco.ca/information-request-2/

In reply to: [NP Quote Request for WooCommerce] Change from/reply-to fieldHi,
Can you please advise where to put this code? Thank you.
Update: I got it the functions.php file and the syntax was the extra bracket, should be like this:
add_filter(‘woocommerce_email_headers’, ‘gpls_add_reply_to_admin_order’, 1000, 3);

I’m having the same issue. I have set the reply-to field to ‘Email’ however, it’s my server that’s sending the form contents not the user so the reply-to field is set to the server’s email address. I’ve also tried setting it to {3} but it didn’t work either. I would like it to use the sender’s email address so when i click reply it will go directly to the user. Thanks.
Hello Agapi,
I’m having the same issue, but the Sender e-mail address is my Server not the user’s email address so when I set the Reply-to field to E-mail, it would reply to the server email address. I would like it to use the Sender’s email address. Can you please advise what should be entered? I did some research and some used {3} but that didn’t work for me.
Thank you.
Frank
