@beardedginger yes, but the problem is that it’s repeating the same files, without they being changed again. It’s been a week.

@nlpro you are probably right, thanks for the hint, I’ll look at the database.

@jetxpert in the sites I manage it helps me and I’ve discovered malicious files with the log the plugin provides – since few people change the files, it’s easy to identify problems.

@mpcdpc5937 You need to go to MailPoet > Lists (wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-segments) and add a new list or populate an existing one.

I was having the same problem and the solution was use this: https://wejn.org/stuff/wejnswpwhitespacefix.php.html

Of course it would be better if the plugin author fixed the source of the problem, but this additional script also solves similar problems with RSS feeds.

I’m getting the same error.

I’ve:
– updated the plugin from version 0.4.1 to 0.5.0;
– tried different browser with incognito mode (no cache);
– deactivated and activated again the plugin.

And nothing worked.

Already send a message via https://heatmap.it/account/support?reason=technical, awaiting response.

EDIT:
I went to the heatmap’s website (https://heatmap.me/docs/tech/installation) and used the bookmarklet and it appeared again!

The “at” appearing at the end even if there is no venue is something I’ll look to fix in the next release.

The display of the time should be a setting within The Events Calendar itself (under Events then Settings, scroll down to “Date Format Settings”). One of the options should let you change the wording?

– Yeah, but the plugin uses the date/time separator in the venue as well so in Portuguese it doesn’t fit well.

– I understand that maybe you are limited here by the TEC plugin since you get their information, but I’ll just let it registered that using date/time separator in the venue section isn’t always the best solution.

As a note the pro version does give you the ability to create a custom template without hacking the plugin so you can upgrade from the old version.

It worked.
But I need to show the venue… my current shortcode is:

[ecs-list-events limit='6' venue='true' contentorder='date_thumb, title, date,venue']

And not all events have venues (like holidays).

Also, I use this website in Brazilian Portuguese and the separator between hours and the venue is the same that is used before time and in this language it looks wrong, because I would use different words (unlike “at” in English):

21 dezembro (quinta-feira) às 08:00 – 17:00 às Prédio 10

It should be something like:

21 dezembro (quinta-feira) às 08:00 – 17:00 em Prédio 10

I’m testing the current version of the plugin in a development environment but in the production I use version 1.2 with a fix to show the date thumbnail (it was and old topic here).
In my current code the venue is shown in the second line, without any word before it.

Is it possible to add to a next version something that would provide some flexibity regarding the separator before venue? Or some more personalization in the display?

For now I’ll wait your future upgrade.

But I needed to know if the clicks on blank spaces are (or could be) related to smaller screens. I want to make a report to some clients and want to explain the clicks on blank spaces.

Just correcting: the select field is totally ommited.

What I mentioned in item 4: ["Solicitar] is actually the value of the submit button (as explained here https://contactform7.com/submit-button/).

And in the CSV file I think is also de submit value, because the select field is not the last field, it is ommited in the columns.

I made a test excluding the value of submit button, leaving only [submit] and it didn’t made any change in the CSV file. It only change in the settings where it says [submit] instead of ["Solicitar], like reported.

As for now, the plugin is in English.
Maybe you should give it another try.
