In reply to: [reCaptcha by BestWebSoft] Custom Form questionsHi,
thanks for your kind reply. I understand what you mean, anyway if you open the “Sign up” form from the homepage you will realize it happens exactly the same. I did not enable it for the login one, so this is the only form which uses the reCAPTCHA on that page.Any suggestion?
Could you provide any more details about your tech assistance service, please?
Thanks.

Hi Alexander,
thanks for your quick reply. You were right, it sent two emails. Disabling both, or at least one of them it gets faster.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Change Password Protected Message] Translating messageHi pipdig,
thanks for deepening the matter, but I already did what you suggested before opening the ticket. The problem comes because I need to use an HTML string, so, even if change the translations, I can’t change the original one, because the code doesn’t accept HTML unless I make some deeper changes.
Your plugin seems to be the only way to do what I need.Best regards

In reply to: [Ultimate WooCommerce Brands] Brand page not showingI solved it, but I don’t remember how, sorry. It probably wasn’t caused by the plugin itself.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events not showingHi @shelbelliott,
I’ve probably not been able to let you understand what I mean. Taking a closer and deeper look at the problem I realized there’s not any issue with both plugin and theme. What makes no results showing is the placeholder “Keyword” in the search field. Even if it should only be a placeholder, the plugin uses it as search keyword, returning no results.Could you let me know how to fix this, please?
Thanks for your time.
Best regards

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events not showingHi Shelby,
I’ve been finally able to locate the problem. When I change month, it uses the placeholder “Keyword” as search keyword, so it does not display any result even if I did not input any keyword. Can you suggest how to fix this?
Thanks.
Best regards

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events not showingHi Caroline,
as you can see from the following screenshot, it seems there is a plugin error. I already got in touch with the theme developer who said it depends on you since it is the plugin which returns the error. To replicate the error just access page directly, and do no load home page first or any other page.

Hope you can help.
