In reply to: I found out my problem is “pretty permalinks”? How can I fix it?Ok, so I just emptied the contents of the ‘.htaccess’ file, then changed the permission to 444 after that. I updated my permalinks and everything works now! Can’t thank you enough SleeplessinDC, you just helped solve a problem that’s been causing me so much pain over the last few days! ??

In reply to: I found out my problem is “pretty permalinks”? How can I fix it?I just tried setting to 444 permissions, and the website becomes inaccessible with a ‘403’ error. It seems the presence of the . htcaccess file in general breaks the website (unless there’s no code inside it)

In reply to: I found out my problem is “pretty permalinks”? How can I fix it?Yes, but they currently don’t work right now? You mean if I:
1. Change the permission on the file to 444
2. Update the permalinks from the admin panel
?Thanks.

In reply to: No default permalinks options and 404 errorsI’m on it, waiting for a response. Hopefully it gets sorted because there’s a lot resting on it.

In reply to: No default permalinks options and 404 errorsThis is my permalinks page:
When I visit it the 403 appears exactly when I leave the page, even if I don’t click ‘update’. And if I delete .htaccess, I get errors too, because the permalinks are ‘pretty’ and can’t be recognised. So its a lose – lose situation.

In reply to: Problems with .htaccess file in wordpress and 403 errorsI also meant to mention that I changed the folder back to its previous name. I have included this code in the wp-config.php file too, which forces the homepage and admin area to display, but may be causing problems itself?
define('WP_HOME','https://example.com'); define('WP_SITEURL','https://example.com');
(Replacing the example address for my own of course)
Thanks!

In reply to: [Pinpoint Booking System - #1 WordPress Booking Plugin] Hide Extra PriceHi,
Were you removing the woo commerce variable price here? I want to keep the calendar price but hide the woo commerce variable price from the shop page and the product page?
Thanks.
