According to the slick website, when setting RTL to true, you also need to add an attribute to the container element of ‘dir=”rtl”‘.

I have inspected the plugin and it looks like you support ‘rtl=true’ as an attribute in the shortcode. I believe the fix would be as simple as checking if $rtl is true (Where $rtl is the shortcode attribute), and if it is true then output ‘dir=”rtl”‘ to the parent element.

I’ve tried using the contact form on the site. There is a small issue where it says it cannot contact the recaptcha service, so I’m not entirely sure it’s sending the emails.

Hi Nitesh.

Yes, I think allowing admins to specify either a Pixel size, or size in Mb would be useful.

Alternatively, (I’ve little knowledge of developing wordpress plugins), does wordpress have any resize native functions? could you force the image to pull out the ‘large’ size of the image that is set in Settings > Media of wordpress.

I must admit it is a strange issue.

It’s worth noting I’m running another site with a similar set up (not the same, but similar) – and that does’t have this issue. Instead underneath the ‘description’ box there is an AAM box (for premium users to change permissions I assume- we’re running the free version of AAM).

On the site where the problem is occurring I do notice that initially the 2nd description box is called ‘access’, but then it switches to description.

Just wanted to pass on that we’re also having issues with this. We exclude certain categories so that the add to cart button shows on some.

Looks as if this works fine for simple products, but variable products it does not.
On a variable product page – the form and ‘Send an Enquiry’ button are not visible (though they are on the page still in the HTML) – and the ‘Add To Cart’ button is completely missing (even though the product is in a category that is on the exclude list).

I opened my WP-config today and that line was already in there-
I’ve kept the plugin and site up to date, and it appears the plugin is working as normal.
I can’t say for sure what the fix is as I believe there has been a few updates to the plugin since I came across this plugin- and obviously that line in WP config could’ve been the solution. It’s worth trying it to anyone else who faces this problem- but as I say, the updates to the plugin may have been the real solution.

We did not find a solution to this one- I’ve resorted to manually taking backups. However, this case was extremely specific- I’d suggest opening your own topic or enabling support.

Would moving the position of the order drop down fix this?
Or does it always remove the drop down?

The PHP version was running at 7.0.14 – I tried rolling this back to see if it would fix the issue but it did not.

Hopefully it will be something very simple that I am completely missing!
