In reply to: [Yoast SEO] XML Post Sitemap Not Generated@maybellyne “edit the category and in the advanced tab of the Yoast SEO plugin, set ‘No’ for the option to ‘Allow search engines to show this Category in search results?’. This excludes all posts assigned to category C from the sitemap.”
Setting the Category “Allow search engines to show this Category in search results?” = “No” has been set and does not exclude posts in that category. It only removes the category from category-index.xml
@ironikus – thank you! Installed the pre-version and it works perfectly. Another reason I love Email Encoder.
@ironikus – I will do that.
Hey @ironikus, haven’t found a solution yet.
Comet Cache Pro is installed but was set to not compress html/css/js code.
I will do more extensive testing to try and give you more definitive conditions of working / not working and get back to you.
Could you please share some more information on what happens if you activate “with javascript”?
With Seedprod Coming Soon Page Pro active for the entire site, and logged out (so coming soon page will be shown):
~ with javascript option
– hovering over link I see “javascript;”
– doesn’t launch email~ excluding javascript option
– hovering over link I see “mailto:[email protected]”
– email launchedYou are correct, there weren’t any functionality problems that I had run into (yet). The simple answer is peace of mind. I’m not a WP developer or know much about the back end workings. When something is out of place without knowing it was supposed to change or has no impact, I’m always wondering if there is something going on in the background, the not knowing of will bite me in the but at some point and crash my site.
Thank you Sayontan. Disabling the shortcode editing worked.
At the time of discovering this I was having issues with other plugins. With continued testing I have since ruled out a connection between Photonic and the other plugin problem.
Moved to separate thread after seeing this was marked resolved.
I’m having a similar problem. Since upgrading to Photonic 1.63 my Preview button in the post editor displayed the width of the Publish box on a line below the Save Draft button.
I disabled all the plugins except Photonic and still had the problem. Disabled Photonic and the buttons return to normal appearance side-by-side.
Using the current versions of both Suffusion and WordPress.

In reply to: [Suffusion Collapse Menu] Menu Visibility on BlackberryNot sure if this makes a difference or not. I tried three other responsive menu plugins: WP Responsive Menu, Responsive Menu, Responsive Select Menu.
I was able to see all three menus on my Blackberry, but can’t use them because they don’t pick up my menu items at all, or pick up all the menu items with no way to exclude my hidden pages.
Do you know if these three menu plugins use js and would indicate js is working on my site or do they use different technology?

In reply to: [Suffusion Collapse Menu] Menu Visibility on BlackberrySorry about making you go to the Suffusion forum. I just noticed I obviously pasted the wrong link to my website. Ugghhh.
I tested your website and don’t see the button. I guess that confirms js is not working on my device. I will leave the plugin activated because there are far more users who will be able to see it.
Next time I’m near some phones I’m going to check out the Blackberrys to see if newer models display the button.
Thanks Drake for helping to figure this out.

In reply to: [Suffusion Collapse Menu] Menu Visibility on BlackberryThanks for sticking with me Drake. I discovered my Blackberry is cache sensitive, so the results I was getting early were not accurate.
Make sure to clear cache after each change, I was able to determine the native select menu does appear when the plugin is deactivated.
– Commenting out all the CSS code had no effect.
– Changing the colour of the button to hot pink did not show up anywhere I could see it scrolling down the page.
– Deactivating all other plugins had no effectForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Suffusion Collapse Menu] Menu Visibility on BlackberryI couldn’t get the native select list to appear on my Blackberry Bold. When I changed the trigger to a smaller screen, the regular menus appeared and when the trigger was larger, no menu or button was visible.
Using some simulators for other BB models, your button was visible for some and not others. The smaller screen of the Curve or Bold seemed to have a problem while the Z10 was fine.
I think you may be onto something with the button being hidden behind some elements.
I found a reference to a person having problems with their menu on a BB Bold because the menu using negative margins which don’t comply with blackberry’s. How to go about figuring out the correct margins and proper settings, however, is far beyond my abilities.
