Realmente esta fora do ar ! Para solucionar temporariamente entrem no site da Frenet e fazem o cadastro ! Depois é so instalar o plugin e configurar certinho. Ele calcular mesmo estando offline o sistema.

Creio que o webservice dos correios esteja fora do ar. Ja revisei tudo aqui e está normal as configura??es. Nunca me retornou este log , logo n?o sei se é realmente isto.
