After activating the webhook, there have been no mishaps like this. Must have been a webhook failure issue.

To further enquire, we want to keep the webhook active programatically. We were thinking we will write a cron job every night to forcefully call the webhook URL. Will this affect actual orders and functioning in any way? Is there a better way to handle webhook failures? Turning them on manually leaves much room for human error.

We faced this issue for one more order, where it even got Settled at RZP but it showed Customer Cancelled the Order on our webapp portal.
We use the “1 Razorpay: Signup for FREE PG” plugin by Team RazorPay to integrate.

One thing to note is that RazorPay’s Webhook had been disabled at the time these orders dropped. Just in case it helps with your debugging.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] reCaptcha V3 Integration Causing Form Submission ErrorsSince we don’t have a corresponding development instance of this website, it will have to be done on the live site, which will disrupt the site for the visitors.
We need to plan out a good time for this, when visitors are typically low as per Analytics.
Our support staff handling this thread will be on leave for the New Years, in fact till 8th of Jan.

We have added multiple social icons in floating interface. Can you please help us on how we could add our custom links for each added social icon?
eg. We select facebook, instagram, etc. We want to add custom link for facebook and instagram seperately.

Hi,
We normally do the backup weekly, but this time did not have the backup of the photos as we thought it will be a smooth update. After facing a problem with one site, we treaded slower and successfully did the updates for the other sites.
Question still remains if there is a way for us to get back the older photos as they were uploaded using the older version of the plugin? Photos data would be stored somewhere presumably and we can pick that or import using some backend utility that you might have. Please let us know if any help is possible from your end on this.
