Hi @grevillea859,
Thanks for sharing some details from your PHP error log. Firstly, I’d like to take a look at the Jetpack connection for your site.
It appears that API calls to your site have been disabled. Jetpack uses XML-RPC and the?JSON API (REST API)?to communicate with your site. Please ensure that the JSON API is enabled on your site and that authentication is disabled.
If you would prefer not to disable authentication on the?JSON?API for your site, please allowlist the?
/jetpack/v4/
?and?/wpcom/v2/
?namespaces instead. If you’re not sure how to do this, please contact your webhost’s customer support team for help. After you’ve done that, you can try reconnecting Jetpack. Let us know if that resolves your issue and if not, we’d be happy to keep troubleshooting.
I don’t run a shop on my site.
Could you clarify what you mean by this? Jetpack is compatible with many types of sites, including e-commerce sites.
Hi @jolenemacinjax,
To start with, I can reassure you that social sharing is still part of the Jetpack free plan—up to 30 shares per 30 days. It sounds like you’ve upgraded now though, which means you’ll have access to unlimited shares per 30 day period.
In order for us to help you with your issue, could you please?start your own?thread as per the Forum Welcome guidelines?

Alternatively, since you have a paid Jetpack Social plan, you have access to our priority support. You can contact us through this form and mention this forum thread in your message.
Thanks!
Hi @highrollerusa,
Thanks for reaching out about Jetpack Social.
I was going to take a look and see if we could get more clarity on the issue at hand, but it seems like Jetpack plugin isn’t active on your site right now. If you’d like to keep troubleshooting, could you activate the Jetpack or Jetpack Social standalone plugin on https://HighRollerUSA.com?

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack AI spell check failsHi again @kaspererling,
The AI team was able to take a closer look at your issue today. We were not able to reproduce the error on our end, so our best guess is there was an OpenAI outage when you were attempting to use Jetpack AI. Sometimes this happens temporarily and services are normalized soon after.
Could you let me know whether the AI Assistant is still having trouble spell-checking your Danish content? If it’s happening consistently, we’ll get some more details from you and continue troubleshooting.
That’s great to hear! I’m glad I could be of assistance.
Let us know if you need anything else.
Hi @gingertechie,
We define a commercial site as one that you aim to make money from. This could be through advertising or affiliate links, selling products or services, soliciting donations or sponsorships, or any other means directly related to a for-profit business or educational organization.
If your site has any of these, you will need a paid Jetpack Stats plan. Free access to Jetpack Stats is for personal, non-commercial sites only.
I hope this is helpful, even though I understand that this is likely not the answer you were hoping for.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] JetPack plugin failureHi @keithwillenson,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience.
The
E_COMPILE_ERROR
tends to show when something interrupts the upgrade process on Jetpack. Were you recently updating to the most recent Jetpack release?Typically, our solution for this error is to ask folks to uninstall and reinstall Jetpack—which you figured out on your own! We also suggest manually deleting the Jetpack plugin via FTP if that doesn’t solve it.
Let us know if anything else comes up.
Hi @tomfoley,
We can see some scripts from Google Adsense in the site source page:
For example, viewing the source for https://www.joeobrien.ie/2024/05/20/lanesboro-ballyleague-notes-monday-20th-may-2024/:
</script><script async src="https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-7774835391374978" crossorigin="anonymous"></script><script>
( function()If you haven’t joined the program I recommend removing those, so the system won’t flag your site as commercial.
I hope that’s helpful. Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [Jetpack VideoPress] Eliminate the thumbnailHi @cimar,
Thanks for your reply. I can see that Jetpack Happiness Engineers have already answered this same question for you in another support ticket that you have open with us. Just so you know, since you have a paid plan, you have access to priority Jetpack support.
I’ll send you a message in that thread so you’ll know where to reply to us going forward.
Was there something you needed help with? Since I don’t see a question in your post, I’ll mark this as resolved but feel free to post again if you do have a question about using Jetpack on your site.
Hi @fargotti48
Thanks for letting me know that it only happens in the Jetpack tab.
Since the default language for WordPress is English, I was thinking you could try temporarily switching your site to English and reload the Jetpack tab in Site Health and seeing if the issue persists. This would just be for testing purposes and you can switch back to Russian right away after testing is complete.
To switch languages: Navigate to Settings > General > Site Language and select English.
