I had something similar happen to me, if you still have FTP access it could be an easy fix. One of my sites was stuck in maintenance mode from a Jetpack auto-update. I went into the root WordPress folder and removed the “.maintenance” file to fix it. Or if that doesn’t work, use FTP to go into the “/wp-content/plugins” folder and rename the Jetpack folder to something like “_jetpack” to disable it temporarily.

We were having same issue here of sequential order numbers not showing up when searched for. Using WooCommerce Version 9.0.2, I rolled the sequential order number plugin back to 1.6.3 at it fixed the issue.

I think it was exactly that, a permissions issue. After I got everything running again I got a permissions error about not being able to create a directory while trying to re-install W3. Thanks for the help!
