In reply to: [Frontier Post] New version 3.3.x available for testHi Finnj,
I manually uploaded the new files. The comments balloon is now missing again. When I put the old files back online everything is OK.

In reply to: [Frontier Post] Missing imageHi Finnj and Helena,
any news on this subject?
Best regards,
LeonBy the way: I checked the EM widget: same behavior. The arrows lead the visitor to the english calendar and not to the calendar in the proper language.
Hi Caimin,
my own language is dutch but the WP admin is by default in english.
Hi Angelo,
where can I see which setting I’m using?
Hi Caimin,
I tried your suggestion with Twenty Twelve and all other plugins disabled. No difference at all. The main calendar for the current month is displayed in the correct language, but clicking forward or backwards with the arrows will lead only to the english version of the calendar. Anyway, you can see it yourself with the link I provided.

In reply to: [Frontier Post] Missing imageHi Finnj,
Yes, I’m using WPML. I copied the ‘wp-comments.png’ as ‘wp-comments.png’ as well as ‘comments.png’ to both the images folder and the active theme images subfolder, but it doesn’t work. Good that you mention it as a known issue with WPML, I can ask them to fix it.
Thanks,
LeonHi Angelo,
no custom code used and EM translated it automatically. Is it an issue in EM or in WPML?
Hi Angelo: yes!
Hi Caimin: see: https://iccppc.org.testbyte.nl/?page_id=4987&lang=es
If you click on the double arrows you will see that you return to another language.OK thanx Angelo.
Hi Angelo, on all questions: yes.
But I think my question has changed a bit.
Is it possible to let the main calendar show up in different languages (names of days, months etc.), but then, within the main calendar, to list all the events, independently of the language in which they are written?

In reply to: [Frontier Post] Page not foundHi Finnj,
thank you very much!
First I tested your first option. That works fine in both languages.
Do I understand right that this option is overwritten in case of an update and the second option not?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Frontier Post] Page not foundHi Finnj,
for WPML. I use the Login widget AFO on the front-end. When logged in, the user is redirected to the page ‘My messages’ which contains the [frontier-post] shortcode. I translated that page in French, so from the language-changer in the menu the user can choose the French page. There the French categories show up (on the English page just the English categories). Problem solved.
For the save-button: I understand now why ‘Page not found’ is displayed, as in the Frontier Post Settings ‘Page containing [ frontier-post] shortcode’ is set to none. There seems to be no other way as I don’t want the user to return to English when he is in the French version of the site.
So I think the only solution is to get rid of the Save button and leave the other two. Would that be possible? I hope you understand my explanation.
