Hi – I cleared my browsing history and whitelisted the plugin on the server, then successfully deleted the plugin.

cpanel file manager

It is not allowing me to delete the litespeed directory or files:

FileOp failure: Failed to move litspeed-cache to trash. (System error: permission denied.)
