Breadcrumbs are not missing now on category pages.
The 1st problem resolved

You are correct I was not getting the breadcrumb trail from Breadcrumb NavXT so the separator issue resolved.

Breadcrumb NavXT Paths works only for posts or also for woocommerce single product pages?
