I confirm if you click the “x” button the tracking cookies won’t be release since it’s considered a reject button and the not-consent will be saved inside our consent database you can activate from the section “Wizard” -> “General” -> “Do you want to enable Records of Consent?”.

unfortunately some cache plugins could create conflicts like that with those specific feature, do you have the possibility to whitelist some iframes from there, other than whitelisting our JS as explained here?

If you don’t have that issue in the test website it can be due to:

1) A cache issue, so please follow this guide

2) A security issue, please disable your security plugin if you have one just for the configuration of the plugin

3) A hosting issue, please point to them what you’re experiencing and the fact that you don’t have issues with the test website

Otherwise you could also try to disable all plugins except from ours and see if it solves the issue, if it will work it will mean there’s a conflict with another plugin activated in your website.
