Hi,
In addition, after adding my FB pixel to your plugin, I tested the pixel using Facebook’s Event Manager live and found that the content ID’s do not match.
If I were to choose this option: Use Facebook for WooCommerce extension content_id logic, I get this error: https://prnt.sc/ti1sk8
If I were to choose the Use PixelYourSite content_id logic, I get this error: https://prnt.sc/ti1szd
If I were to remove my FB pixel from your plugin, then everything goes back to normal. https://prnt.sc/ti1td0
Could you please advise how do I fix this issue?
Thank you kindly.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Product images do not load on Google ChromeHi Bruce,
I’m no expert, but what I did was this:-
1) Take a backup of my existing settings
2) Reset to default settings
3) I turned each option on one by one. I tested each time I turned on an option to make sure that it wasn’t that setting that broke the website. Remember to test with Incognito mode.
4) I did give up a few options (such as WebP, DNS Prefetch, Object cache, etc.) as I found that turning them on/off did not have much effect on the speed.You might find this article helpful: https://wpjohnny.com/litespeed-cache-wordpress-plugin-unofficial-guide/
Good luck!

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Product images do not load on Google ChromeDear Support Team,
I tried your suggestion, and it works. THANK YOU! ??
I did try to re-enable some options I set before, but gave some up (e.g. DNS Prefetch and WebP images) and left them as your default settings. They didn’t really make much difference so I’m happy with the results.
Thank you for creating such a wonderful plugin and providing it for free. My website was previously loading at an atrocious speed, but with Cloudflare and your plugin enabled, it’s now loading at 1/2 the time it used to take.
I will continue using LiteSpeed servers and your LSCache plugin. Please keep up the good work and the kind and wonderful support you give to your customers.
Stay safe!

JoyHello there,
Thanks so much for your reply.
1) For issue #1, I did this and it worked. For some reason, just height:0 didn’t seem to work on some browsers no matter how many times I’ve cleared the cache. I hope that by adding the overflow: hidden code, that I do not mess things up. Please advise if it will.
#fb-root {height:0; overflow: hidden;}
2) For issue #2, I’m not sure if it’s something you guys did, but the issue doesn’t seem to be happening anymore. The annoying pop up does not display anymore… (*touch wood*) so it seems like the problem has been resolved.
Thanks so much again, and stay safe!

Thanks so much! The solution works. ??
Have a nice day.

EDear Support Team,
It seems that the “Coupon Gift” column on the My Account > Orders page is now showing up again. I believe I have the latest version of your plugin installed – Version 1.0.5.7, and I have disabled ‘Show coupon gift’ option.
It doesn’t seem to work anymore… could you help please?
Thank you in advance.
Hi there,
Sorry, I would like to add on top of my previous message.
1) While issue #1 was fixed on desktop with your CSS code, the issue still occurs on mobile.
2) Issue #2 occurs only on mobile, on desktop it seems to be working fine.
Hi there,
Thanks for your reply. No, I did not receive anything from you, I’ve checked in the Spam folder as well.
1) Thank you, the CSS you recommended has solved the problem.
2) I think this issue is a little bit trickier. There is nowhere on the Page/Message Settings in Facebook that allows me to disable this popup message – I think it’s called the greeting message? There is however, a code on the FB website suggesting that the “greeting_dialog_display” attribute can be used to control the behaviour of the greeting message. However, I have tried adding this code after the <body> tag but it didn’t work, so I am not sure if it’s because there’s something that needs to be changed on the Buttonizer side as well?
<!– Your Chat Plugin code –>
<div class=”fb-customerchat”
attribution=setup_tool
page_id=”XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX”
greeting_dialog_display=”hide”>
</div>This is the FB documentation I referred to: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/reference/web-plugins/#customer_chat
Could you please advise?
Thank you,
EDear mytrinh,
Thank you so much for resolving this issue so quickly, much appreciated.
Have a lovely day.Kind regards,

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Slight alignment issuesDear Ben,
Thanks for your reply. After a lot of trial and error, I managed to figure it out so I now have your beautiful looking emails saved as a template.
Thanks again and all the best!

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Slight alignment issuesHi Ben,
Quick question. As we’d like to standardise the look and feel of all our emails to the customer, is it possible to somehow copy the formatting of your email? Every time we try to do a reply on Microsoft Outlook, we lose some of the original formatting of your emails.
Please advise… thank you!

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Slight alignment issuesHi Ben,
Thanks so much for your reply. To be honest, if the attributes could be close to the product title and still look neatly aligned (as of now, it looks like it’s wrapped around the image), that would be perfect! ?? But I thought that perhaps the easiest way to make things look neater would be to move them around, if that makes sense. Regardless, this is still a beautifully made plugin so thank you once again for all your hard work.
Cheers!

In reply to: Cannot post comments on own blog and other blogsHi all,
Just wanted to post an update to my issue.
I did some testing on my own blog, and realized that if I deactivated the Akismet plugin, I was able to post comments as usual.
Once I re-activated the plugin, the issue happened again.
Has anyone of you encountered this issue before? How did you resolve it?
Thanks.
