I think I know what the problem is but I dont know enough about database to fix it.
I believe the problem is in wp_options and in wp_user_roles that lack informatin about administrator
Could this be correct? And if so, what do I ad to solve it?

I installed one out but it didnt work for me.

Another question about posts; how do i set a limit on how many posts shown on the first page but not limit the number of posts shown when go to a category?
