i have tried exporting data.. the time is correct..it is only wrong on the “entries” views

oh.. i only wanted to let registered member view the ticket listing. is there any way where i can modify the category filter to filter product instead?

thanks for replying but how do i do that? i have search around and still unable to find “enable the products ticket keys” in order for me to filter the “products” in the list ticket view

Hi Bryan,

you have experienced just the same way i had before, i will have to downgrade from 3.5.1 to 3.4.2 as this is the latest version supported. you may have to download word press via FTP/SFTP method

thank for replying. there isn’t any PHP error, not that i am know of. How do i confirm? is there any smtp setting i need to set before i send out notification? my WordPress is already setup with smtp account to inform when new user join or new post was posted.. so pretty sure the smtp part is working.

any idea what may goes wrong? or do you think i should downgrade WP version?

hi, i have downgrade my word press to DB toolkit supported version – 3.4.2. i can now click on “Form Emailer” to specify the email address to send the form to.. but i still do not receieve email notification when i have new record.
