I checked the FTP logs in my cPanel hosting account and there are no records of anyone accessing the site through FTP. Could this be part of a MySQL injection attack?

And I was hacked again this afternoon. Caught it quick, but not before taking some screen shots

I already repaired all the files. I don’t see in the logs where to pull out infromation about the hack and any repairs done.

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] inline math equationAlex, thank you for this great programs. Having tried most of the quiz programs available, I am loving using this program.
I tried several LaTex/Math equation editors and the only one I could find to work with your plugin is MathJax. It’s also my least favorite, mostly because their documentation is so poorly written and organized. Compatibility with the WP QuickLaTex plugin would make your quiz program truly first rate.
LaTex is mostly styling, but also has calls for specific symbols and formatting for math equations. I would recommend installing the QuickLatex plugin and see if you can make tweaks (probably to your .css). It looks like your css is overriding the Latex styling or there is a shortcode syntax conflict.

In reply to: [CoursePress Learning Management System] Units cannot be savedI have tried toggling on-off the Publish and Draft/Live toggles as you instructed. The Publish toggle works. The Draft/Live toggle does not work. It is stuck in the Draft position and cannot be changed even with multiple clicks.
I added the code to wp-config.php as you instructed and refreshed the page and this did not change the error message or the non-functional Draft/Live toggle.
since my situation has ruled out conflicts with plugins ans themes, is there a FAQ that lists the PHP requirements of the server needed to run this plugin? I’m wondering if there is something in the server that is preventing the plugin from running.
