I am at a loss for words, I have tried to deactivate Profile Grid form my site and the plug in will not deactivate in order for me to uninstall the plug in to stop the issues.
This seems to be typical, I have submitted tickets and they are responded to as issue resolved when they have NOT been resolved. I have documented with my host that the RM/PG plug
Kevin C: Sounds about right. So many plugins are struggling with the new updates. Here’s what you can tell the plugin devs, if you’re going to work with them on it: The plugin’s queries/processes are taking longer than 60 seconds to run, and that your hosts max execution time cannot be increased to accommodate that. Primary processes that are timing out seem to be in user management and profile viewing, such as: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=rm_user_manage&rm_interval=all&rm; /my-profile/ /my-profile/?uid=65
Just to piggyback on this subject, I have checked with my host and they found the following. Seems this must be an issue with WP 5.5.1 which has not been resolved.

/my-profile/?uid=65I have submitted a support ticket for this issue with a screen capture demonstrating users are getting logged in WP as well.
You have to delete the plug in and re-install the updated plug in,none of your data will be lost.
I have changed this setting and when I login test users the WordPress login menu is till appearing, I need to fix this ASAP, as it is totally confusing users. I want users logged into the RM area ONLY I would like to WP registration and logged in window at the top right gone please?
