— Does the issue persist if you temporarily switch to a different theme? I switch but it didnt work

Subtitles— If possible, could you try to deactivate all plugins except for the List Subscribe plugin to see if the issue persists when only the List Subscribe plugin is active? I also tried deactivating all plugins but I still cant see the success menssage.
What else do you think, Could be?
