I just discovered it’s a safari bug. Still don’t know how to fix it.

Thanks for you advice. I did some research on my own and I’m going to have a look at qtranslate and this plugin https://tribulant.com/plugins/view/1/wordpress-newsletter-plugin. If you look at this plugin’s features they are compatible with qtranslate !
