We created a field called Signature. This is where our customers would sign their names. At first, it worked. But we were never able to see the signature in the email your plug-in returned to us with the customer’s data. Then one day the signature field did not work at all as stated in the post. We now deleted the signature field in order to get around the error. Is what we are trying to do even achievable?
