Sorry I forgot to answer your question, yes I did de-activate all plugins and the problems still exist. Definitely something with the latest wordpress update. Feeling stressed about the whole ordeal to be honest as I always say to myself wait on uploading a new wordpress or theme update until the work out the bugs. I rolled back to wordpress 5.5.3 and everything is working like it should again.

I made a backup of my site using updraft prior to the wordpress 5.6 update as everything was working perfectly. Right after the update completed, I cleared my cache refreshed my page and noticed not only do the menu tabs and backup and restore buttons not function at all in updraft. I noticed the same issue with non functioning buttons in WP Meta Tag Manager as well. Oh also having issues with drop down menus not working in the dashboard update and site health menus.

We have noticed the Meta Tag Manager is not working on our site too. Same issues as mentioned in the comment section by miqmiq – Please update this plugin a.s.a.p thank you.
