We have Version 2.0.1.
We understand that it doesn’t send out emails but we are wondering if something within the payment gateway must be triggering something in the system several times as it is ONLY happening when the user pays via the Nets Easy gateway.
We have checked all our settings and tested using multiple payment methods and using the very basic storefront theme, and it is ONLY when paying with NETS Easy that a user will get spammed with the emails.
Our digital ticketing system is Woocommerce Box Office, and we have spoken with them and tracked down the issue to only occurring with Nets Easy payments.
