    I have ensured that my browser is the latest version of Chrome (and also Firefox and Internet Explorer).

    When clearing the cache and cookies and disabling all extensions did not work, I uninstalled the browsers and reinstalled them. The problem remains the same.

    My primary browser is Chrome version 47.0.2526.106 on Windows 8.1.
    Problem remains on Firefox 43.0.3.
    Also on Internet Explorer version 11.0.9600.18125

    I have done both – the Customizer is not available in any theme and I have no plugins at all activated now.

    Again – all I get is a spinning wheel.
