In reply to: Blocks are missingHi, Ralph @hiyottaunits thanks for all your helpful hints. I tried using the embed link (thanks–I had forgotten about that since I don’t need to use it on my other website/theme). IN the back end I can see a sort of shadow of the Instagram video posts I am trying to embed but when I preview the page they show up with an error message that the video can’t be viewed.
And I watched the tutorial and read the article. YouTube works perfectly, so I am going to try to find a support area for the theme Enfold, because you may be right that they just don’t offer Instagram video embedding yet. Thanks again!

In reply to: Blocks are missingHi Ralph @hiyottaunits thank you for the suggestion. I just tried this, following their directions (I think? I did this one: Shortcodes can be used in a text area in pages, posts, sliders and widget areas. Enable debug mode to view the page shortcode.) but what I still get is a black area where a video should be and in the top of it is the URL to the video that should be embedded. Any idea what this means?
Thanks again.
Hi Elvira @treibalen
Thank you very much for your reply.First, no I don’t see the form that way. I see it after 30 seconds, which is how I set it u. But it doesn’t disappear for me. I would attach a screenshot if I could figure out how. Also, I am only seeing about 1/4 of the form, the other parts of the top and bottom of it are not visible on the page.
Also, for the theme styling, you can select the form’s element and disable it: https://d.pr/i/dXUl3r
I tried to get to what I saw in your screenshot but I can’t find that option. I am looking under the form settings and I see things like what the form is attached to (our mailing list) color preferences, font, alignment, etc. So, where can I find the setting you’ve shared here?
Thank you.
So sorry for the extreme delay in responding! I got covid19 and was put out of commission for a while.
First, thank you so much for the additional info re: getting back to form placement. I was having the hardest time finding it again but now, with your help, figured it out.
I created a new page, as you suggested, and the form is popping up there. Could you advise about the issues after viewing it? Thank you.

Hi @bruberries thank you for your response! Am I understanding correctly that I’ll be able to adjust the send time for the automations after drafting them? Ie, I can draft the emails for now, but don’t have to set up the frequency yet, and will be able to go back to do this later? Thank you.
Hello, anybody around? If I can share any additional information to make answering my question easier, please let me know. Thank you!

In reply to: Strange formatting problem in my photo portfoliosHello Jose @jcastaneda,
So it sounds like I will need my theme developer’s help to manage this problem. Is that right? Imagine someone who knows nothing about code/html–that’s me.
Thanks for your response.

In reply to: Error message when updating blog postsHello t-p (@t-p),
Thank you for your helpful suggestion! I found the culprit, I think. It’s a plugin called: WordPress GitHub Sync. It appears it was something my web-designer used to set up my website–and I wonder if it is still serving a purpose. Do you think it will hurt anything to deactivate/uninstall it?
When I got the error message after reactivating WordPress GitHub Sync, it had a different line number. Is that only because there were a different number of plugins selected at that time versus at the beginning?
I went through the rest of the plugins and they didn’t seem to cause the memory problem.
