It looks like the Menu Image plugin overrides the WP Mobile Menu plugin, is there a way for both to function together? For instance, Menu image for desktop and WP Mobile Menu for mobile.

With this plugin (menu image) activated, can I create a custom menu to display both default and hamburger menu on desktop; However, only the hamburger menu on mobile.

The appliication form is to be only one with country list drop down. When someone chooses his country, I want the form submission to go to a receiving email created just for that country.

Before, I mark this topic resolved, may I ask if there is any detailed documentation on how to customize Twenty Nineteen pls.?
None of those that I found is of much benefit.
