In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Error when people sign upCan you try to disconnect and then re-connect your account again. To do this click on the Campaign Monitor plugin tab on the left side navigation then click on Settings then Click on “Disconnect Account” once the account has been disconnected just go to through the process of reconnecting again. Let me know if this helps.

Are you under SSL?
There is a setting called Debug Mode on the settings page, can you send us the generated system report from that setting that will allow us to help you better.Thanks

Also on the settings page there is a Debug Mode setting that can be turn on and if you send us the System Report generated by the plugin we can further assist you.

Can you please turn that on and then on plugins directory under forms-for-campaign-monitor/forms/var/log a file will be created with information that you can copy and paste in here so we can help you. Have you try creating a list from the forms page? Are you using ssl?
