Thank you for the quick fix, it works.

However, in one of the plugin’s stylesheets there’s a CSS definition that flips the whole page to LTR:

.rtl {
direction: initial !important;
}

The definition is in /plugins/cool-timeline/includes/shortcodes/assets/css/rtl-styles.css?ver=2.9.2 on line 45.

This isn’t good for our RTL site. Could you please fix it?

I update to version 2.9.1 but the issue still exists.
However I realized the source of the problem: our site is RTL. When I switch it to LTR, the timeline looks fine.
Could you look into that please?

We block our sites for out-of-country IPs. Do you have a permanent IP that we can unblock?

I understand. But clearly, the dropdown doesn’t have the correct IP address in any of its options. So what can we do? Users are being locked out because of other users’ failed login attempts

The wp_aiowps_permanent_block table is empty.

In the Advanced settings tab, the detected IP addresses do show my actual IP, but in the dropdown (“Choose a $_SERVER variable you would like to detect visitors’ IP address using”), all three options show three different IP address. They all start with the same numbers as our container.

Hi, I’m joining the question. I would like a more concise answer, so we can start transitioning our clients to the block editor in time. We would of course prefer to stay with the Classic Editor as long as possible, since our clients don’t need and don’t use the full site editing system
