I appreciate your reply.
In fact we have the Live Traffic set to “SECURITY ONLY” and we also search the user using the Advance Filters. I believe that the website has too much activity that may have some sort of records limitation, because when we search the user it doesn’t show any record. But not only for that user, neither for any other user if we range the dates when occurred the block. The more recent activities we can check it and filtering as well.
Do you have any other suggestion or alternative to check the logs?
