Thanks Reynier, but it looks like what we need isn’t possible with WooCommerce or the extensions. Just to be clear I’m adding an image showing a line by line breakdown of 3 different orders, each with multiple items purchased in the order. As I suggested before, it seems like this would be relatively easy to implement in the base Analysis>Orders display in the plugin since all the detailed order data is already contained but currently hidden behind a +1, +2 or +3 button in the display.

Just trying to offer a useful suggestion for a slight improvement of your powerful plugin.

I’m afraid I don’t see any relevance to our issue in the video you linked. Is it possible you linked the wrong video, or am I just missing the connection? Our WordPress Dashboard view of the Products tab just shows the #Items Sold, Net Sales and #Orders, no further breakdown by Order. Should I conclude there is no way to display or download the breakdown we’re looking for?

Is there any chance this issue could be addressed by your plugin developers? You have all the Products compiled for each order so it seems like it would be fairly easy for a multiple item order to print a separate line showing the quantity and price of each separate item in a multiple item order.

BTW – I did find the link to show Advanced Filters under the Show dropdown above the graph, but as you indicate, it does not help with our issue.

I did as you suggested but the on-screen result only shows one item for orders with multiple items, it shows a “+2 items” button to display a pop-up showing the additional items. Your image appears to show each item for multiple item orders on a separate line with the same order info.

I don’t see a dropdown for Show -> Advanced Filters which might have displayed the multiple items.

I did get a download and the file concatenates all the items in the Products column, but unfortunately not a multiple line breakdown as your screenshot appears to show. We would dearly like to have that kind of breakdown as we’re trying to resolve some income discrepancies.

Is there something we’re missing or a setting we don’t have right?

I have the same problem. Used your CSV template and all the rest of the fields uploaded properly, but the Name (column A) didn’t upload. All the uploaded entries display (No Title). I even tried renaming column A to Title, same result. I emailed the CSV file to you from my CommunityPartnersBWS gmail but haven’t seen a reply yet.

Thanks for your reply Andras, but I’ve listed a number of shortcomings that shouldn’t require separate CSS fixes. Maybe you could reevaluate and revise your core plugin to address those shortcomings rather than expect the user to recode with CSS.

Yes, that works for me. An oddity I noticed: if I’m changing parameters for a new library, if I change Presets it resets all other options for the new library to default, even though all the other parameters have been saved previously.

Also, is there a way to change the background colors on the presets that are buttons or the like?

Now, how do I clone/create a new configuration? It looked like that was an option but I couldn’t find anything about how to do it. Maybe I’m just not looking in the right places. I did see the first 2 of your videos but couldn’t find any others in the series.

Once again the website does not recognize passwords for the two admin accounts I have set up. I’ve had to do a password reset to regain access. Is this something to do with Wordfence? I’ve never had this happen before but it now seems to happen each time I’ve logged out. I have to assume it is happening to all other users of the site so I need to fix the problem.

I looked in Wordfence Firewall Options and I see that the PHP setting called auto_prepend_file is running on a file in a subdirectory where this site was originally developed before the site files were copied to the root directory. Could that be the problem?

I’ve checked that a wordfence-waf.php file does exist in the root directory that serves the public website. Can I just drop the subdirectory from this PHP file address in the “Optimize Wordfence Firewall” dialog and choose INCLUDE, or should I choose the OVERRIDE option before continuing?

After a very long delay (at least 4 hours) I finally received password reset emails and was able to get back into the website. I’ve since sent password resets for all contributing users since at least two others experienced the lockout because the passwords they always use were “not recognized”. Crisis over but I don’t really feel comfortable with Wordfence after several other issues with 2FA and being told I don’t have authority to make changes to Settings when logged in as the site owner/admin. When you’re not the NSA there may be such a thing as tooooooo much security.

Thanks for your patience, it’s good to know there’s a viable replacement for Simple Links. Now I just have to relearn how to set things up to do similar data displays.

I was able to upload the link items but none of them retained the categories. They all came through as “none assigned” despite the file containing both the category slug and the category name. Do I need to establish the categories beforehand so there’s something to assign to?
At least the publish date came through.

I’ve jumped through hoops to get the text format yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm AM/PM converted to yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss and it still doesn’t work. Do the date numbers need to be surrounded by double quotes? Should I leave the :ss off? Here’s a link to the new import CSV:
