Hi,
I’m having the same problem. I can’t deactivate notifications because the website no longer appears in the list.
Error reference is 139715798/blocked
Thanks for stopping the notification mails.Experiencing the same issue.
I tried running the queries. The first one returned error:
FUNCTION axedit_steph.RANDOM_BYTES does not exist
The second one was successful but the error message is still there.Ok, I found it in the Elementor widgets of My Library.
And it works.

1. PHP version is 7.1
2. Memory limit is set to 512M
3. All plugins are disable except Ocean Extra and Elementor (if I disable Elementor, I see no menu at all)
4. All plugins and theme are updated to latest version
5. I went to Theme Panel > Script & Styles, disabled them all, saved, then enabled them all
6. I cleared my browser cache
The problem remains the same.As I mentionned in my first message, I already tried de-activating all other plugins.

Actually, I do have SecuPress and WPBruiser installed. I went through the settings and found nothing that could block access to your pages, and there are no specific rules in my .htaccess file either.
The problem only occured once, I’ve been sending several newsletter before that with this same configuration without any problems. And I tried duplicating the faulty newsletter and sent it to a test list, and it worked fine.
I will keep you posted if the problem ever occurs again.
