I understand, but trying to figure out why I get the intermittent site is not secure warnings.

Not quite resolved. I clearned my cache and it worked ok for a couple of days and not I am having issues again both accessing WordPress Admin and the website at times. It is intermittent and occurs randomly

Also, I cannot get it to show a rev slider sliders.

The only luck I have had is that I was able to back of my database with no issues. When I try to back up my other files it hangs up and I get a Unexpected Response message that comes up at the top. I have tried narrowing things down plugin wise, but I cannot find the problem. I have even purchased Updraft Plus premium now to see if that could help, but still nothing. Their recommendation was to lower the backup split from 400 to 500 down to 100mb, but that has not solved it either.

My Updraft plus is the latest version. It quits processing somewhere along the line and fails to complete at all. I have been unable to make a back for a couple of weeks now and really need to figure out what the issue is. I have even tried other backup solutions and they have not worked either.

I understand that you have a full-time job, but I have a plugin I cannot update that is creating a security risk for my website. I tried again, updating to the latest version and nothing is working. It is still distorting my titles and content. It has now been two weeks since I have had any communication and one month without a resolution.

Okay, I replied and posted screenshots of what is happening on our website a week ago. What can be done to resolve the issue? A week is not acceptable to go without a response.

Well, I replied to your post and linked several screen shots, but still have not heard anything about resolving my issue with the upgraded version of Guterburg Variable Columns.

Thank you Andrew. I could understand where that could apply to me.

I also sent the developer a host of screenshots I took before and after both updating and totally reinstalling the the plugin to show that it was not working. I had to send them directly through email because there were so many of them.

He also marked it resolved before even waiting for a response back to know that it was not resolved.

I understand, but this developer is using the same canned response on every topic having to do with his plugin. How is that helping resolve the issue whether it is on spare time or not.

This is ridiculous!! I have been waiting for an answer for 5 days. The updated plugin is not working!! How do I report the developer for lack of response and communication!! I asked for help, the developer marked it as resolved when it is not resolved and I did what he instructed, but it did not work!
