I think I found and fixed the issue.

I now see the LuckWP Table of Contents. My issue is resolved.

I am using Rank Math / Rank Math PRO.

My client’s site uses the Divi WP theme and WooCommerce plugin.

Your advice states to copy the code to the functions.php file of the child theme. A child theme is NOT used on this client’s site. Does that change your advice?

Here is what SiteGround tech support is telling me:

I have reviewed your case and was able to replicate the issue. While replicating I noticed the following error in the error logs:
[Mon Jun 29 14:24:45.352387 2020] [core:error] [pid 12458] [client 82.118.240.146:42984] AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace., referer: https://www.ddsugarwoodsfarm.com/shop-vermont-maple-products/

This indicates that there are too many redirects being performed and it reaches the limit set on the server.

It’s NOT just that a phone number that is the issue. It’s because a MOBILE phone is required. Not everyone has a mobile number. I know of other online services that require verification and have verification modes that also allow a landline and/or email address.

I’m building a Divi / WooCommerce website. Does the “great documentation” you refer me to, address the Divi / WooCommerce version?

Oh and now it seems to be locked in the “schedule” mode. Previously it was “published”.

I have one event on the schedule right now. It was presenting when I clicked on the [Calendar] button on https://vermontauthorsfest.com/calendar-vermont-authors/, but now it’s not. The URL of the event is: https://vermontauthorsfest.com/events/vermont-authors-fest/

I have consulted on the AppThemes forum. The answer I got, to remove the Meta sidebar, was to create a child theme for my Classipress site and remove the Meta sidebar in the child theme. I know a little about HTML coding but have no CSS coding skills and am hoping I don’t have to do any.

I don’t see how to include an image in this forum.

I’ve checked the widgets in the two columns on the right. There is no Meta there.

I see a Meta widget in the very left column. Is that what I need to remove?

Ideally I would like just the word “Email” presented to a page visitor that when clicked on will go to the form or expand to the form. Here’s an example page of the current Divi Contact Form presentation: https://craftsburyfarmersmarket.com/blackberry-ridge-alpacas/

I want the new page using the Contact Form 7 form to present like that page at first. The visitor clicks on the word “Email” to get to the form.
