In reply to: [Disqus Comment System] Auto-sync problems?1. Webhook link not loading at all.
2. REST API (wp-json) for the whole site seems to be working. There’s some Disqus stuff in there too. I’m not a pro coder or anything so I can’t really troubleshoot it myself.
3. I’ve tried disabling plugins, at least the ones for security and spam. No dice.
4. If I open up the sync token for installation, it displays:{"code":"rest_no_route","message":"No route was found matching the URL and request method.","data":{"status":404}}
. I hope that provides some sort of clue.I’ll have to disable Disqus for now then.
Changed it to PHP 7.3, but the auto update through update-core.php still doesn’t work.
But, I tried importing my WordPress installation to Softaculous and updating through there, and it worked! (I manually installed it before).
Consider this resolved for now
@macmanx Oh sorry, I was actually using PHP 5.6. Yeah I’ll try changing the version to 7.3.

@macmanx I wasn’t using any caching plugins(and I have to disable all plugins anyway), though I’m using Cloudflare. Also, I just found out I might need to change my PHP version since I’m apparently using PHP 5.2.
It’s definitely working for me. IF you’re using something like Cloudflare, you may have to purge the cache over there too.
Else, I think your users might be getting the version of your website before you making the fix. ˉ\_(ツ)_/ˉYeah, this stupid bug/mistake has locked out (using IThemes Security) some of my readers…
Thanks for the fix @jeroenvdw. I’ll keep a close eye on the errors just in case.

In reply to: Visual editor formatting messed upOkay nevermind, it’s the theme’s fault (Inkblot). Tested it on Twenty Fifteen. I should contact the developer, or stick to the text editor I guess.
I’ve disabled the automatic backups for now since I periodically make a full backup of the site anyway, so this problem doesn’t bother me anymore.
Since I didn’t know how to view a whole folder’s filze size through FTP, I had to ask my web hosting service to find which folder has the largest file size. For me, it was in:
public_html > wp-content > uploads > ithemes-security > backups

In reply to: Adding a widget area below content/above comment sectionHrm, I might have to find a programmer or learn PHP… I’m not a programmer by the way.
Ooh, thanks, now it works! It shows up in blog archive pages though, although I don’t think anyone will mind, although I prefer if it’s only limited to the forums section.
Can I also ask how to make it visible to forum profile pages, like this one? https://website.com/forums/user/forumUsername/
Yep, it’s been fixed, thanks.
I don’t get any errors, but the new update heavily messed up my website’s layout. I have deactivated it for now.
