I have not been able to fix this issue as of yet, but I just wanted to add to this that this author has been a great source of support. We are working on fixing this issue as we speak. I know my original post came off a bit hostile and so I just want to make sure if anyone is thinking about buying this plugin that they not hesitate due to my post. I am very thankful to them for helping get this straightened out. I have no doubt it will get fixed no matter what happens they have worked hard to help me.
