Hi salonbooking I Have disable “Online payments” but when i book an appointment on the back-end as unconfirmed the client gets an email with the button “pay now”. if the client press that button, it confirms the appointment.

I vote that… But for now you can edit the _customer_manage_buttons.php and change the button text there. (I changed it to “confirm booking”). a bit of a pain if the plugin updates!.

For the other text in the email like “Pending payment on booking” , see this article: https://salonbookingsystem.helpscoutdocs.com/article/106-change-default-texts-strings ( i changed it to please “Please confirm booking”)
