Thanks for your quick response. I uninstalled the plugin and installed again. I did not have a product image earlier and after installing it again I added a product image as well and now it is working. Not sure what fixed it but thank you for trying to help. Really appreciate your great support.

I followed the instructions on
https://demo.oscitasthemes.com/demos/easy-responsive-tabs/ but the link I added didn’t go anywhere. Not even to the page the tabs belong to.

It works if I add a link to the same page where my tabs exist but I can’t get that to work from an external page. My requirement is to link to an anchor on page 1, tab 2 from an external page.
