I have updated Huge IT Google Maps plugin to ver 2.1.3. I input my API key and Saved. Still having the same problem. Link HERE:

The maps were showing error, but now they have disappeared.

I didnt wait around for a fix. I used Gravatar instead. Way simpler and already built into WordPress. Try it.
