It turned out to be over the limit, so I bought the extension to have no limit.

Well the issue was solved, but not because we figured out what caused it. We used a backup from 2am this morning to get the site back up the way it was. I suspect that more may have been deleted than what I expected. I did check the individual records as I deleted them, but may have let a few slip by that I shouldn’t have. Thanks for your response.

It’s on a private server. I actually managed to export the content manually, and then import it. I didn’t use the plugin for that. The main issue now though is that there are a ton of users that weren’t migrated either.

Well… that’s all I needed to figure out the issue. Simple Lightbox was causing it to happen, and I’ve updated the settings in order to make the issue go away. Thanks.

Have you by chance found a solution to this issue yet? I am in the same boat myself.
