Ok! I now have a static home page below the slider and 3 sections of my website. I actually found the solution of using the footer. I already had the popular search term in it and added a copyright with some of my keywords plus a display of my post, result on https://www.laurentlanglais.com then. I hope the footer is not now too “stuffed” both in term of SEO techniques and loading time?
What I would have really loved for the blog posts is to actually replace one of the column by those. I love the interactive way Customizr preview the post – with the circle getting bigger when the mouse role over. Is there any way I could either replace the left of right column on your front page by some of those blog posts – that would then figure into a column rather than line? It would basically be a shift of what I had in the centre before – the column of blog posts – to the side. As it is, I have two side columns that are a bit of a duplicate as they both display social links.
Two problems that I foresee is maybe the loading time and also the look on mobile phone – I’ve got no clues on how this would be reorganised. Your thoughts?

Very useful advice, I am much grateful. The thing is, I post 2 articles a month on average and through social networks they do generate some buzz. So indeed I’d like to keep having some displayed in a bigger way than just the discreet blog mention in the top menu. I guess an alternative would otherwise to have slider with the latest blog post featured and a call of action, among the other pics of the slider. I can certainly do this along with your suggestion.
I can’t believe I have shot myself in the foot in such a foolish way: I was blinded by the good look and never put too much thought into the disappearance of a proper, optimised front page. Damn! No wonder my sites is on page 4 or 5 rather than 1. Thanks a lot for your help on the matter and kudos for your attractive site – we are both in alternative therapies, what are the odds ??

I am using Wp Rocket for SEO that does quite a few things in term of speed, plus Headspace2 for fine tuning page titles, description etc.
I do have the Blog page already – the thing is, I really like the look as it is with the different blog posts showing up. But if this means that it does negatively affect my Google ranking, I could live with the compromise to have some content under the sliders and 3 section as a front page and then the blog posts still under. Is this a possibility in Customizr? You can see the current look at https://www.laurentlanglais.com

Yes the published date change – and it happens when I log off and come back to it apparently. Disabling plugins didn’t seem the change anything.

Ok my host solved the problem – apparently a change of password that was not relaed to the database. Thanks!

It worked like a charm, thank you so much. It seems silly that they didn’t include such function in the slider.

Ah many thanks, it was due to the minify function in the otherwise great plugging Wp-Rocket that I am using. I have stopped this function and it now works!
