Hmm the only option I can see in Autoptimize settings is this:

Async JavaScript-files (advanced users)

Comma-separated list of local or 3rd party JS files that should loaded with the async flag. JS files from your own site will be automatically excluded if added here. Configuration of async JavaScript is easier and more flexible using the “Async Javascript” plugin. Click here to install and activate it.

Ok good news – I disabled Autoptimize and the map is back – kind of! ??

It’s showing on front end again, and seems ok for the newest entry I made:

However on the older entries, it isn’t finding / searching the locations and showing them, e.g:

Does this mean there is no way around solving the incompatibility with Autoptimize (do we need to forget about using it?)

Ok so updated plugin, deactivated both that and EM, and then reactivated both, tried again and it’s still not working as it should.

The greying out still happens, I click the ‘Reset this form’ and it returns to white, I put in an existing address and the map *did* populate properly. It just doesn’t show on the front end!

It’s very weird. Should I share my login with you so you can have a look at what’s happening?

Oh, I understand that OpenStreetMap isn’t covered for support here -I just thought the problem might be more obvious to somebody if neither map service is working. And since you have posted quite a bit about your plugin there was a chance you or someone else might have been experiencing the same thing.

It can’t be the settings, I have been through countless times, I’ve disabled and re-installed plugin and re-set up the settings, I’ve tried disabling other plugins. Nothing works.

I wasn’t trying to Edit location – I was trying to add a new one. But every time, the boxes are greyed out, unless you do what I describe above, and then it doesn’t translate to the map to find the address anyway. I am flummoxed.

I am having what sounds like the same problem with the SEO info on our website (https://captainoi.com) for sharing meta on social media. We are using Yoast plugin and you can see the source code is showing og:image, og:title etc here:

Everything is set up and looks ok in the Yoast settings.

However, When I try and scrape this into facebook debugger, it doesn’t pull in the info. In fact it has a completely different og:image, og:title etc

Any help with this would be much appreciated, I can’t seem to force the debugger to pull in the correct info as per Yoast settings.

Is this going to require deleting the plugin entirely? I don’t want the client’s news page to be completely empty / broken since it is live. Will a future update not fix the issue without having to delete and start from scratch?

I’m having this problem too using the light version of the plugin to trial on a client’s website with a view to buying premium to unlock more stream sources.

I updated the plugin yesterday and it broke the site, have managed to get it half working again but with errors on the facebook feed:

“Plugin received next error from network API while requesting this feed:

(#4) Application request limit reached”

Contacted your website as you suggested above but been told no-one can help until I give them an Envato purchase code. If I can’t get support to fix the issue caused by your latest update on the light version, I cannot see why I should purchase the premium version, which is a shame because I really liked the plugin.

Any advice would be appreciated?
