Hi Tim

Yes I’m able to log into the server and send emails using roundcube and horde for example and emails externally are working fine – seems to be just the automatic WordPress emails that have stopped.

One error is this:

The hosts say there is no issue so I am a bit at a loss as to what has happened as it was working fine up until a couple of days ago.

The only other thing I can think of is I updated woocommerce to the latest version – is there a glitch with that do you think?

Sorry for the delay – just emailed you logins for that other site I am having issues with – I’ve made you an admin.

I updated the plugin to 2.4.3 and created a brand new APIK key with OpenCage. Still can’t get it working!

Hey Patrick, yeah this is the result after I deleted plugin, reinstalled (literally 20 mins ago), deleted test location, re-did test location, published and checked.

It’s not an old location, its a new one I just added.

Today I’v even tried adding loads of different locations – my home address, work address, Buckingham Palace. It literally does not find any location, coordinates stay at 0,0 (Africa).

So what process did you use to input that address and get the map to find Sheriffhales or indeed anywhere?

I have tried everything – deleted event and location and set them up again, copied the fields exactly, and nothing!

The ‘search address’ button which tries to make the map search what you put in doesn’t work whatsoever.

I’ve tried disabling cache plugin as well and it still doesn’t work.

Hmm! How did you get it to show up at all though? The ‘Search Address’ button never ever works – it just does nothing? Otherwise surely it would just find it from the postcode?

i couldn’t find that setting in the main settings of my Autoptimize plugins so I just had to disable it.

The map either doesn’t populate the right place or just shows the coast of Africa for everything!

Does the plugin just not like any cacheing plugins? I have W3 Total Cache installed, could it be this?
